Rupesh Pradhan
President, Chief Executive Officer
Rupesh is the CEO and President of Yómarí, and also serves as a Principal Consultant for the Retail Business Intelligence Practice within Yómarí.
He has over 10 years of experience in the Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing industry. Before joining Yómarí, he worked at Oracle Retail (formerly Retek) as the Senior Software Engineer in its data warehousing application development team. Prior to Retek, Rupesh worked as a Technology Lead and Senior Consultant at MicroStrategy. He has been involved in designing, building, and tuning multi-terabyte data warehouse applications for over a dozen large retailers across the United States.
Rupesh has advanced degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Grinnell College, IA and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Deepesh Pradhan
Senior Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer
Deepesh Pradhan is a co-founder of Yómarí and serves as the Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he has the responsibility of managing the company's day-to-day internal operations. He plays a central role in Yómarí's external operations, including business development and customer relationship management. His leadership qualities have been instrumental in molding the company to its present shape.
Deepesh has an advanced degree in Computer Engineering from JMIT, India. Several national radio talk shows and newspapers have profiled him in the past few years in recognition of his entrepreneurship.

Eric Wang
Senior Vice-President of Professional Services
Eric serves as the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Yómarí, and is also the Principal Consultant for the Retail Business Intelligence Practice within Yómarí.
Wang has more than 10 years of experience in the retail software industry. Prior to joining Yómarí, he worked as the Enterprise Architect at Oracle Retail (formerly Retek) responsible for designing the integration architecture for dozens of independent but related software applications that made the company's multi-stack retail software footprint. He has many years of experience architecting large data warehouses and Business Intelligence applications for the retail industry.
Eric has advanced degrees in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, China and the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
